1 – Print out your PCB design :-

After order glossy paper send your board design in “PDF” to our page (fb/baymax66) ; we will print your design for free .

2 -PCB etching :-

Send your board design in “PDF” and board type to our page (fb/baymax66) ; we will etching your design then order it to your place .

Cost of etching :-

Single layer

• Board (fr – 4) fiber glass = L(length) x W(width) x 0.50(price of 1 cm 2)= ———- L.E.
• Board (fr – 2)                      = L(length) x W(width) x 0.40(price of 1 cm 2)= ———- L.E.

Double layer

• Board (fr – 4) fiber glass = L(length) x W(width) x 1.00(price of 1 cm 2)= ———- L.E.

We put top-silk on white sticker paper to your board .

• 60 pounds as a minimum for any order

3 – PCB assembly and welding :-

Send your board design in “PDF” and board type to our page (fb/baymax66) ; and make the component list at online order  we will etching  your design , assembly the component and soldering it ;then order it to your place .

The cost of soldering :-

• Assembly for free .
• Welding                               = Number of welding points x 0.10 (price of one point)= ———- L.E.
